Stimulate Hair Growth

10 drops Rosemary essential oil
8 drops Bay essential oil
7 drops Cedar wood essential oil
Add essential oils to about 3 tablespoons Jojoba oil. Apply to dry hair and scalp. Gently massage your scalp for a few minutes. Wrap hair in towel and leave on from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Wash hair out as usual.

Rosemary for Body and Shine

Add 2-4 drops of Rosemary essential oil to your shampoo in the palm of your hand before you wash your hair a couple times a week. Adds more body, shine and makes your hair more manageable. Rub into the scalp to stimulate hair follicles. Also good for dandruff.

Aromatic Nail Soak

Pamper yourself with this remedy for dry cuticles.
Lavender 2 drops
Sandalwood 2 drops
1/2 ounce Jojoba
Massage fingertips while soaking nails for 10 minutes.

Milk Bath Recipe

2 parts skim milk powder
1 part cornstarch
droplets of scented oil

Mix the dry ingredients together and add the droplets of your favorite scented oil to your milk bath recipe.

Bath Oil Recipe

1 1/2 oz. olive oil
3 oz. almond oil
1 oz. sesame oil
1 oz. canola oil
1/2 oz. wheat germ oil
25 droplets of fragrant essential oil

Pour oils in a jar, cap with a tight fitting lid and shake well. Add approximately 1 oz. to your bath oil recipe per bath
